Large Paintings

How do I purchase a large painting?

To purchase a large painting, simply browse our collection on the website, select your desired piece, and follow the checkout process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@morgansheardown.com.

Will Morgan personally deliver my painting?

Yes, Morgan offers free personal delivery for large paintings within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This ensures your artwork arrives safely and gives you the opportunity to connect directly with the artist. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your painting from his downtown studio by appointment. To do this, simply select the FREE pickup option at checkout, and you will not be charged for shipping.

How to place Local Pick up and Free Delivery Orders within the GTA?

We are offering local pick up and free delivery for ONLY Medium, Large Paintings and Custom Collectibles within the GTA.

However, you will need to place separate orders for these items on the website especially if you are ordering any other items (eg., Prints, Small Paintings, Bomber Jackets, Phone Cases, T-Shirts and all Apparel and Accessories) with them. 

Pick ups can be arranged at our Downtown Toronto Studio in Parkdale by appointment only. More information will be shared after you place the order.

Morgan Sheardown will personally deliver your large painting to ensure it arrives safely.

What if I live outside the GTA?

If you live outside the GTA, shipping charges will apply. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We take great care in packaging our paintings to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I get a refund on a painting?

We do not offer refunds on original paintings, prints, fashion apparel or accessories. Each piece is created with care and precision, and we believe you will be extremely happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@morgansheardown.com.

Prints, Accessories and Apparel/Fashion Items

How do I order prints, accessories and apparel/fashion items?

You can order prints, accessories, and apparel/fashion items directly through our website. Simply browse the available collections, select your favorite items, and complete your purchase using our secure and user-friendly checkout process.

Are the prints limited editions?

Currently, we do not offer limited edition prints unless it's part of a special limited edition release. All prints are open edition and feature a digital signature by the artist, rather than a hand-signed signature.

What is the return policy for prints and fashion items?

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@morgansheardown.com with your order details and a photo of the damage.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For orders within the GTA, delivery by Morgan Sheardown will be scheduled at your convenience. For other locations, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. Large paintings are wrapped securely and placed in protective packaging. Prints and fashion items are also carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
